I cannot believe that we are in the month of November already! I thought I’d welcome in the new month by gathering up all the things (bar fashion – there’s a post on that coming soon) that I loved in October. Grab a cuppa – it’s a bit of a long’un!
Face & Body:
Becca Ultimate Coverage Concealing Creme Praline: I’ve been praising this concealer for months now. It’s so creamy, blends out like nobody’s business, and the coverage is something. else. This is great to use over my acne breakouts (
welcome back) and doesn’t catch on areas of dry skin which is always a plus.
Glossier Balmdotcom: Even though this has only been in my life for the past 2 or 3 weeks, I can’t imagine ever being without it again. I discussed my three balms fairly recently in this post, if you’d like to know more about my thoughts.
Victoria Beckham x Estée Lauder Eye Ink: This is probably my favorite product from this insane collaboration. Black Myrrh is a beautiful shimmery grey that can be built to an almost black. I love to push this into my lash-line for a bit of extra definition.
Avon Gel Shine Nail Enamel Berry Nutty: I’ve been a long time fan of Avon’s nail paints, but especially so over the past few months – they’ve really stepped up their formulation game. The shade that I’ve really been drawn to is Berry Nutty, the most fall appropriate color ever! It’s brown, but not ‘bleugh.’ It’s almost that golden-leaf kind of color and I love it!
Essie Gel Setter Top Coat: This is the reason that my nail varnish is lasting so long at the moment, quite honestly. I don’t know what I ever did without it! It also gives your nails the most unbelievable shine!
Other Bits and Bobs:
Bath & Body Works Sweater Weather Candle: My go-to candle for the fall season. This has been burning all month, and actually ran out today, hence that lack of photo (clearly I need to go and buy up the entirety of Bath & Body Works again..). It’s detailed more here if you fancy a closer look!
YouTube: I’ve recently been getting into watching YouTube again and there are two channels that I find myself constantly drawn to; Rhiannon Ashlee Vlogs, and Mademoiselle (two very different channels, I know!). I’ve been binging on Rhiannon Ashlee’s Vlogtober series like you wouldn’t even believe. As for Mademoiselle, I’m a huge fan of Jamie-Lee’s style of video. Especially her “What I Wear In A Week” ones!
